Fail-closed dual custody
Leases are priced in BTC (deposit BTC, or pay XBT when the miner receives XBT). The miner can take that rental credit in BTC or spendable XBT. Unused XBT can be withdrawn to an XBT address after operator approval. Refunds credit your RouteHash balance in the rental coin — they are not an automatic on-chain send.
Telemetry you can audit
Each lease exposes delivered vs advertised TH, reject ratio, remaining time, workers that actually authorized, and SLA refunds.
