List now. Two paychecks: idle House Pool plus BTC when the hours sell. SHA-256 House Pool take is FREE until we fill the rail, then 2.00%. XBT take is limited-time free until we reach 500.00 TH/s. Join Discord

Hashing when not rented pays in the block. A booking is a rental credit.
Dual paycheck: House Pool coinbase when not rented on the hashed rail, plus BTC escrow when a Node Runner books.
Miners save both a BTC address and an XBT address for different jobs.
Listings stay priced in BTC. You take that rental credit in BTC or spendable XBT.
SHA-256 House Pool take is 0.50% until this rail has hash, then 2.00%. Blake2b XBT take is limited-time free until we reach 500.00 TH/s (live fee on our DATUM node). Rails never mix.
Hash into your node or a listed DATUM node so hash stays spread.
1. Marketplace rentals — priced in BTC; receive BTC or spendable XBT
The Node Runner deposits BTC (BTCPay) or pays XBT when the Miner receives XBT. The lease is always priced in BTC.
The Miner’s share is a rental credit. Default receive is BTC to the Miner’s verified BTC destination. Receive XBT and we send spendable circulating XBT to the verified XBT dest (staff send). If the renter paid BTC, an exchange fee, fill buffer, and network fee apply. If the renter paid XBT, there is no exchange.
Minimum marketplace send is 0.00000700 BTC. Ask RouteHash to send a ready balance, or we send twice a day, so escrow stays small.
RouteHash platform take is a separate fee ledger, withdrawn to the treasury address on Admin → Fees — not mixed into Miner House Pool coinbase.
Spendable XBT from a booking is a rental credit, converted from the BTC price when the renter paid BTC. That send is converted circulating XBT from Operator treasury, not House Pool coinbase. House Pool coinbase is still a different job.
2. When not rented — solo mining, a listed DATUM node, or House Pool
Blake2b / XBT: this is RATUM. Limited-time free until we reach 500.00 TH/s. The XBT take is the live fee on our DATUM node (0 bps = FREE). Named XBT dests then split the rest. Save a verified XBT address on My rigs. Leftover is Always Pay Self, not an extra stacked fee. No PPLNS. ASICs speak Stratum to the proxy; the proxy routes that Stratum to DATUM. Knots templates this gateway. This hash target is a public reminder; it does not rewrite that fee.
SHA-256 / BTC: BTC House Pool coinbase on the BTC gateway. Paid in BTC in that gateway’s coinbase. No RATUM. Operator take is 0.50% until the rail fills, then 2.00% as a named coinbase line to the Core treasury; hashing dests split the rest. OCEAN is a listed DATUM node (TIDES), not this table.
No verified Core dest on SHA-256 House Pool idle → that dest cannot enter the BTC House Pool split.
Miners who solo mine (own DATUM/Knots, blank Pool Host) or already belong to a pool still list the ASIC. That hash stays on that node or listed DATUM node until a Node Runner books, then hashing there resumes.
A paid lease sends work to the Node Runner’s saved dest. The Miner is still paid from BTC escrow (BTC or spendable XBT), not from that dest’s coinbase (unless the dest is House Pool and the Node Runner’s dest is in that House Pool split).
3. Node Runner balance, refunds, withdrawals
Deposit: BTC via BTCPay, or XBT via the XBT rail. Ledgers stay separate.
Refunds (SLA or dispute): Credit the Node Runner’s RouteHash account in the rental currency (BTC for marketplace leases). That is an in-app balance, not an automatic on-chain send.
Withdraw unused XBT: Request an XBT address withdrawal. An operator approves, then the XBT node pays it. BTC and Lightning withdraw are not enabled yet — the portal will not offer them as if they work.
What Miners and Node Runners actually choose
Control
What it does
What it does not do
BTC destination (Miner)
Where BTC rental credits are sent if you receive BTC. Also the BTC House Pool coinbase slot, and the username OCEAN sees if you hash into that listed DATUM node.
Does not convert Blake2b work into BTC.
XBT destination (Miner)
Named line on RATUM House Pool XBT coinbase (Blake2b when not rented). Also where spendable circulating XBT rental credits go if you receive XBT.
Does not change listing price. That coinbase is still newly mined XBT with the Knots spend lock.
Receive rental credits as
BTC (default) or spendable XBT. If the renter paid BTC, XBT receive adds an exchange fee, a fill buffer, and you cover the network fee. If the renter paid XBT, there is no exchange.
Does not reprice the listing or mix House Pool coinbase into escrow.
When not rented (House Pool / listed node / your DATUM / marketplace-only)
Where the ASIC hashes when unrented. Coinbase follows that dest (Policy Article 13).
Does not change the rental escrow coin.
Node Runner destination
Where leased hashrate is sent (your gateway, a listed DATUM node, or House Pool).
Does not change who gets the Miner’s BTC rental credit.
Marketplace rentals, House Pool coinbase, and rental-credit sends use live funds. Binding rail rules: RouteHash Policy. Operational Q&A: FAQ / Glossary.
